When you choose an annual plan, you're receiving a discounted rate in exchange for a full-year commitment. These plans are non-refundable once paid, even if the service is no longer used during the subscription term.
This helps us plan infrastructure, support, and service continuity for all customers. Your account will remain active through the end of the prepaid period.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. Once cancelled, service continues through the end of the current billing cycle. We do not issue refunds for partial months.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by an authorized representative of your organization. Upon cancellation, service access will remain available through the end of your current paid term.
