Here are some common questions that we've answered in order to help you make the right choice with a peace of mind.
Who is GrowPractice for?
GrowPractice was built specifically for private medical and dental offices. We don't like complicating or bloating our software just to cater to large hospitals and health systems as it would make the software unnecessarily complex for smaller practices to use.
Do you offer a free trial for all your plans?
Yes, for a limited-time only, all our plans come with a 30-days free trial that would give you full access to all the benefits that come with our paid plans, except any external integrations. You don't need to provide any credit card or sign any contract.
Is there a setup fee?
Not at all. We know that many software vendors charge several hundreds or thousands of dollars in set up fees or hidden charges. We don't, simply because we don't like to find ways to overcharge our customers.
Is this going to take a lot of my time or my staff's time?
Not at all. In fact, there is no installation or need for any hardware. Everything is set up for your office online by one of our onboarding experts. In fact, our solution will free up your staff hours for important things or even let you run with reduced staff count, as we are seeing these days.
What happens after my 30-days free trial ends?
You would have the opportunity to continue using the plan of your choice by paying the monthly fee. No contract required. If for some reason, you do not want to be on a paid plan, you would be rolled back to a free plan, if available at that time, with limited benefits.
Can I use GrowPractice as a standalone solution?
Yes, you can. We do not require any integration with your existing systems in order to quickly reap the benefits of our solution. In fact, contrary to other vendors, we recommend you trying our solution as a standalone first in order to feel fully comfortable with our solution first before proceeding with the real-time integrations.
Is your software secure and compliant?
Yes, we take data and infrastructure security very seriously. We believe that its better to be safe than sorry. Our servers have multiple layers of security for added protection. Our servers are located in highly secure data centers within the US that are protected by 24-hour surveillance. And, yes, our solutions are HIPAA compliant.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Absolutely. There is no contract. You can simply cancel at anytime, and you wouldn't be charged for any following months.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. It would become effective either the following month or immediately based on your choice.
Does GrowPractice integrate with my EHR or Practice Managament Software (PMS)?
There are over 500 EHR and PMS software currently in the market. Our team has integrated with many popular systems and that list is growing.
Am I required to create forms like the many tools in the market?
Not at all. Our goal is to help you focus on what you do best, and we'll do what we know best which is to create modern responsive forms that could be used on any device and any screen size.
Is there an annual plan?
Our default pricing is month-to-month with no contract, but if you prefer, we can offer an annual plan that would benefit you with some cost savings.
Can GrowPractice sign a BAA?
Yes, we would be happy to sign a Business Associate Agreement.
Do you sell information to third parties?
Never. We are patients ourselves and we don't want our data to be passed around. Our core philosophy is that our customers own their patient data, we simply collect it for their use ONLY. And, unlike some vendors, we do not market to your patients either.
