Prior to GrowPractice, we only made appointments by telephone and had no way of giving information to our patients except phone calls, which seemed to irritate some since everyone stays busy these days. As for paperwork, the patient had to come in prior to their appointment to fill out the paperwork, and sometimes some patients would take quite a while, which would increase our wait time. In today's era, technology is everywhere, and we felt like it was time to immerse into it. GrowPractice has helped us achieve our goals in making information for our patients readily and easily accessible and has helped us grow our practice as well. Patients are now able to receive text information about their appointments, fill out their paperwork, send us questions, etc. right from their phone at any day or time. We are able to have everything ready for our patients when they come in, which decreases their waiting time and in return, they have never been happier.
