What this policy covers

This policy explains how GrowPractice (“GrowPractice,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information we collect through growpractice.com and when you contact us.

It does not cover patient information that practices manage inside the GrowPractice platform. That information is handled under HIPAA and, where one is in place, the Business Associate Agreement between GrowPractice and the practice. If you are a patient with a question about your information, please contact your practice directly.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a demo or a quote, ask for support, or email us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, work email, phone number, practice name and details about your practice.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as your browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and campaign details in the link you followed. We use cookies and similar technologies to do this.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to you, schedule demos, prepare quotes, provide support, send information you ask for, operate and improve the site, keep the site secure, and meet our legal obligations.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with service providers that help us run the site, process form submissions, host our systems and understand site usage. They may use it only to provide those services to us.

We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Please don’t send patient information through the website

Our website forms are not designed to receive protected health information. Please don’t include patient names, dates of birth or other patient details. If we need them to help you, we’ll follow up through a secure channel.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The site is meant for healthcare practices and their staff. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
