Five questions to ask any vendor
Who builds your forms?
Some vendors give you a form builder. Others rebuild your forms for you. Ask which, and who fixes them later.
What syncs with your EHR/PM?
Ask which data flows back (appointments, demographics, completed forms) for your specific system.
How is it priced?
Per provider, per location or by tier, and which features are add-ons. Compare the full monthly bill, not the starting price.
What happens during the switch?
Ask whether your current system stays on until you’re ready, and when you’ll get a go-live date.
Who helps after go-live?
Ask who you call when something breaks on a busy morning.
