GrowPractice has been a lifesaving tool for us. Before we implemented GrowPractice, the appointment line and scheduling process were out of our control. GrowPractice has allowed us to take back control of both of these functions and has resulted in reduced redundant incoming calls to the practice. We love patients being able to complete their registration process online, including the upload of identification and insurance cards and charge card information for co-pays and outstanding balance. This allows the staff to provide a more robust level of customer service and attention to our growing eight-provider practice. The secure texting feature results in an immediate response rate from most patients. The GrowPractice team was very hands-on during the planning and implementation phase and has been exceptional since day one! Pediatric Urology Practice

Prior to GrowPractice, we only made appointments by telephone and had no way of giving information to our patients except phone calls, which seemed to irritate some since everyone stays busy these days. As for paperwork, the patient had to come in prior to their appointment to fill out the paperwork, and sometimes some patients would take quite a while, which would increase our wait time. In today's era, technology is everywhere, and we felt like it was time to immerse into it. GrowPractice has helped us achieve our goals in making information for our patients readily and easily accessible and has helped us grow our practice as well. Patients are now able to receive text information about their appointments, fill out their paperwork, send us questions, etc. right from their phone at any day or time. We are able to have everything ready for our patients when they come in, which decreases their waiting time and in return, they have never been happier. We value our time just like our patients value theirs and if we can still give them the same treatment but a lot less wait, then that is our goal. We have also seen an increase in appointments due to the fact that our patients can request an appointment with a click of a button and not have to take time out of their day to make a phone call, especially those who are not able to make calls during the work hours. We have also increased our time to focus on other tasks in the office with the texting capability for upcoming appointments and easier communication. They have been able to customize the program to our liking no matter what we have asked of them and their customer service is top notch! We have never been happier with a program as we are with GrowPractice.
